New Dentist & Resident Networking + Hiring Event

The evening will begin with a 45-minute panel discussion featuring recently graduated dentists who will share their experiences transitioning from residency to various practice models. Gain firsthand advice on transitioning into the workplace, choosing the right practice, interviewing, and building a successful career.

Following the panel, attendees will participate in a speed dating-style hiring event, where residents and new dentists will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with approximately 15 dental practices. This format allows participants to make meaningful connections, practice interviewing, and potentially discover career opportunities in a relaxed, engaging environment.
