This Privacy Policy explains how the Seventh District Dental Society (The District) collects, uses, and discloses personal information of its members, prospective members, vendors, sponsors, and visitors to its website, SMS services, and social media.
The District, including Monroe County Dental Society and Empire Dental Administrators, Inc., may collect the following information from you: legal name, preferred name, salutation, home address, business address, business address2, dental school name, dental school degree, dental school graduation year, residency program, residency school, residency graduation year, home/cell phone, business phone, business fax, personal email, business email, business website, birthday, and spouse’s name.
The District may collect personal information directly from you, through a web form, during an on-line or in-person registration, while making a reservation, by phone or email or in-person. Information may also be gathered through the American Dental Association (ADA) database, ADA staff, New York State Dental Association staff, website, or social media.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from the Seventh District Dental Society.
