Job Title: Dentist - per Diem, Location: CP Rochester Dental Office - Elmwood Ave. Rochester NY. Salary commensurate with experience: $80.00-$100.00 per hour. Employment This is a per Diem position and could be up to 2 days/16 hours per week depending on office needs. Days of work are Monday & Tuesday during program hours 8:00am-4:30pm. Hours may vary per day. Required Education and Experience: Must have a Doctor of Dental Surgery from an accredited educational institution, must be licensed by New York State, must be eligible to provide Medicaid and Medicare services. Clinical affiliation in developmental disabilities during education or work experiences is preferred. |
