We are looking for a dentist to join our practice two days per week, one of which must be Tuesday, with the opportunity to work additional days when another dentist is out. Our goal is true flexibility. We understand that life changes—vacations, family commitments, and schedules evolve. We want you to be able to adjust your schedule in advance as your life changes, rather than feeling locked into a rigid schedule. You’ll work alongside an incredible dental assistant who is experienced, supportive, and committed to making your day run smoothly. We are a fee-for-service practice, and dentists are compensated based on production. This creates the opportunity to be compensated well while focusing on providing excellent dentistry. More importantly, we view dentistry as a relationship business. Our dentists spend time with new patients, sitting down with them, getting to know them, understanding what is important to them, and co-discovering a treatment plan together. We want patients to feel that they have a dentist who knows them—not someone who is simply moving from procedure to procedure.
