Our office takes pride in providing exceptional, high-quality dental care in a dependable, welcoming, and comfortable environment for patients of all ages. We are looking for a warm, welcoming individual who enjoys working with patients and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will be working one-on-one with our new dentist to help build the next generation of our practice with the freedom to help modify and build systems to simplify daily tasks, procedures, and organization, working currently Monday - Thursday with the possibility of growth/flexibility. Office Core Values: - Enduring Trust - Multigenerational family care - Clinical Excellence - Integrity and Transparency Position Responsibilities: - Greeting and rooming patients while creating a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment throughout their entire visit, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish - Help with instrument set up, infection control and operatory clean up - Assisting Dentist with various procedures and treatments - Exposing high quality digital radiographs - Perform various laboratory procedures (pouring models, fabricating trays, etc.) - Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms, sterilization area, and laboratory space - Support the dental team with daily office needs such as answering phones when available What we are looking for: - Friendly, professional and compassionate personality - Strong communication and organizational skills - Dependable, positive attitude with ability to work well in a team environment - Commitment to excellent patient care and infection-control standards - Previous dental experience preferred If you are looking for a welcoming workplace where teamwork and patient care are valued, we would love to hear from you!
