Crossbridge Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable full-time Dental Assistant to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, modern practice and are looking for someone who shares that commitment. Hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Dental Assistant (preferred) Prior dental assisting experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach Reliable, professional, and compassionate with patients Proficient in chairside assisting, sterilization, digital radiographs, and electronic dental records Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Take digital radiographs and dental impressions as needed Educate patients and help ensure a positive patient experience Support the clinical team with daily operations We offer competitive pay based on experience, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to grow with a practice that values quality patient care and work-life balance.
