About Us: We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice specializing in endodontics and implant surgery. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes in a supportive and professional environment. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate is confident in a faced-paced surgical setting, anticipates provider needs, and prioritizes patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures (root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies) • Assist with extractions, implant surgeries, bone grafting and other surgical procedures • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments following OSHA and CDC guidelines • Prepare operatories for endodontic and surgical procedures • Take high quality digital radiographs and CBCT scans • Manage instruments, sterilization, and inventory for the office/procedures • Provide pre- and post-operative patient instructions and support • Lab work Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-3 years of dental experience, preferably with focus on endodontics and/or implant surgery.
