Private GP fee for service practice is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist. We are open 5 days a week, M-Th 8am-5pm and F 8am-1pm. Hygiene appointments are 1 hour for recare and 1.5 hours for new patients. We are a growing practice and have long term plans for both full and part time hygiene positions. The right candidate will be an RDH that cares as much about overall comprehensive patient care as they do their career. They will have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for their role in patient care as well as a provider in the office. They will have outstanding time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude. We are looking for someone that will go above and beyond to build relationships and deliver quality treatment and an excellent patient experience. We are also looking for a team player, one that is willing to work in a collaborative environment with our dentists and team in all areas of the practice. Must be comfortable with explaining periodontal disease, taking x-rays, completing a thorough oral cancer exam, reviewing medical histories, and explaining the oral systemic links to their medical health and risks factors.
