Barclay (center) with Dr. Robert Schaefer, Chair NYSDA’s Council on Government Affairs, and Ms. Amy Pozzi, 5th District Executive Director. The event was held on July 17, 2023 at the Oswego Country Club.
Attendees also met and socialized with Senator Thomas F. O'Mara, Senator Anthony H. Palumbo, and Assemblyman Edward P. Ra.
