Dr. Scott Koopman, President, Monroe County Dental Society presented awards during the Monroe Community College Dental Studies Pinning Ceremony last night. MCDS is honored to participate in the program each year to present a certificate and monetary award to one dental assistant and one dental hygienist for excellence in total patient care. Congratulations to Ruth Gebrekristos (DA) and Timothy Wortman (DH), recipients of these awards! Dr. Ronald Bellohusen, on behalf of Dr. Jay Skolnick, presented the NYS Dental Foundation Stevenson Award to Molly Seither. A special shout out to Drs. Cheryl Brunelle and Camillo Fontana who share their time and expertise as supervising dentists and clinical instructors for the MCC Dental Studies Program.
