The Seventh District Dental Society held its 2022 Awards Dinner on Feb. 11, 2023 at the Arbor Loft in Rochester. Dr. Todd Pedersen received the Frederick J. Halik Award which recognizes a new dentist for outstanding leadership and significant contributions to dentistry and the community, Dr. Thomas Curran was awarded honorary membership in recognition of dedication to the profession, and Dr. Jon Valdina received the George G. Greenwood Award given annually in memory of Dr. George D. Greenwood (1892-1956) to a member who has been dedicated to his profession, faithful in his activities, and loyal to his fellow members throughout his membership.
