We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. This individual will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping patients understand and begin their orthodontic treatment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide new patients through the consultation process.
- Review treatment recommendations and financial options.
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage.
- Follow up with prospective patients to encourage treatment acceptance.
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Work closely with doctors and team members to support office goals.
Qualifications
- Dental, orthodontic, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between office locations.
Location
This position will primarily work in our Greece and Irondequoit offices (4–5 days per week) and must be willing to travel to our Brockport office as needed.
