As a dental assistant, your main focus will be delivering excellent patient care chairside, supporting the doctors, and helping the clinical team stay organized and efficient. When you are not actively assisting with patients, you will also be responsible for helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared clinical facility—resetting rooms, stocking supplies, sterilization support, and keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes. Because of the number of providers and the variety of procedures we do, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn a lot, quickly. You’ll gain exposure to different clinical styles, expand your skillset, and grow into a more confident, well-rounded assistant.
