We are seeking a warm, friendly, and highly motivated individual to become the welcoming face and voice of our dental practice. This role involves greeting patients with professionalism, answering phone calls, assisting with scheduling, handling payments, coordinating insurance verification and claims, and working collaboratively with doctors, the office manager, and the clinical team. Familiarity with Open Dental and Sidexis is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is compassionate, kind, and able to put patients at ease both in person and over the phone. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to grow within a supportive team environment are essential. This position is available immediately, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation ranges from $20 to $28 per hour based on experience and includes benefits such as a 401(k), health insurance, and paid vacation. The practice is a two-doctor office with a collaborative, positive culture that utilizes advanced dental technology and techniques, offering significant opportunities for advancement.
