We are looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing practice in the Bushnell Basin/Pittsford area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping patients navigate their treatment with confidence. In this position, you will work closely with the doctor on treatment planning, serving as a key liaison between the doctor and patients. You will help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate scheduling, and guide them through financial arrangements to ensure clarity, comfort, and confidence in their care. By supporting the doctor-patient relationship, you will play an essential role in creating a seamless and positive customer care experience.
