Scheduling & Patient Care Coordinator BG Dental Wellness and Cosmetic Center is seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and energetic Scheduling & Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. We have locations in Gates and Mendon, NY, and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional, personalized patient experience. At BG Dental Wellness, we don’t just treat teeth. We care for the whole person. Our practice is Biological and Holistic, minimally invasive, mercury-free, and offers metal-free dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. We are deeply committed to understanding our patients’ needs and consistently exceeding their expectations. Position Overview This role is essential to creating a smooth, welcoming, and organized patient journey. You will be the first and last point of contact for many of our patients and play a key role in delivering outstanding care through professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Check patients in and out efficiently Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments as needed Communicate with dental and medical insurance providers to determine co-payments and coverage Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork Prepare daily schedules and patient charts for the clinical team Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Provide excellent customer service while supporting a calm, organized front office environment What We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Strong multitasking and organizational skills Basic knowledge of dental terminology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer savvy and comfortable with practice management software A team player who follows established protocols and operating procedures with care and consistency Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental office experience preferred Front desk or patient coordination experience in a dental or medical setting Position Details Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Competitive salary and benefits |
