Social Media Coordinator BG Dental Wellness and Cosmetic Center is looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our online presence. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, educating patients, and engaging our local community through consistent, on-brand social media content. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, motivated, and energetic team in a growing Biological and Holistic dental practice with locations in Rochester and Mendon, NY. We are committed to understanding our patients’ needs and consistently exceeding their expectations. We are proud to be a minimally invasive, mercury-free practice, offering metal-free dental implants and cosmetic dentistry with a whole-body wellness approach. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes content) Write clear, engaging captions that align with the practice’s voice, values, and brand Support patient education content, including: Oral health tips Holistic wellness messaging Frequently asked questions Maintain consistency in posting and visual style Ensure all content respects patient privacy and professionalism What We’re Looking For Creative and organized with strong attention to detail Reliable and able to follow posting schedules and deadlines Comfortable working in a clinical environment and collaborating with staff Friendly, professional, and aligned with a wellness-focused brand Preferred (Not Required) Experience in dental, medical, wellness, or aesthetic practices Basic understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy Graphic design skills or experience with content planning and strategy |
