We would love to add an experienced Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator to our office, but willing to train. Our main office is located in Spencerport, which is mostly where you will be working out of. We may need you at our Webster office to cover a vacation or to fill in. The Dr rotates out of 4 locations but you would only be required for the 2 locations. You would not be alone in this position(s). We have a front desk person that has been here over 30 years and another person that handles insurance now but need help and cross train in case someone is out. Typical hours are Mon-Thurs 830-5 and Fri 8-5. Friday is a requirement. You would need to answer phones when the main person is not here or when they finish the day up, which is an early day for the clinical team. Times are flexible on non patient days. We use Cloud 9 for our Software. Benefits are available. |
