Are you a friendly, detail-oriented professional who loves working with people? Our pediatric dental office is looking for a receptionist to join our team! This is one of the most important roles in our practice — as the “face” of the office, you’ll often be the very first person our patients and families meet, and the one who helps create a warm, welcoming experience. What you’ll do: Greet patients and families with professionalism and kindness Answer phones and emails promptly and clearly Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Enter and process patient payments with attention to detail Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information Serve as the liaison between patients, parents, and our doctors Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly What we’re looking for: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Working knowledge of dental practice management software, Eaglesoft is preferred Schedule & Benefits: Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch) Health care benefit Retirement match (after 1 year) Paid time off and paid holidays Scrub allowance Please note: Because this position involves handling patient payments, a background check will be required.
