Our team works collaboratively to ensure every patient has a great experience from the moment they walk through the door. We’re seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Eaglesoft dental software, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities include, greet patients and check them in/out with professionalism and warmth, schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule, answer phones and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner, verify insurance and process billing/payments, maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and support clinical team and office operations as needed. Qualifications: 3+ year experience in a dental office preferred Proficiency in Eaglesoft required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A true team player with a positive and professional attitude |
