Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front office operations and ensure efficient patient flow Handle insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and submit claims using Dentrix or a similar dental software platform Manage patient scheduling, phone communication, and front desk check-in/out Process payments and ensure proper patient account management Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to maintain seamless communication and teamwork Monitor and order office and clinical supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready Keep the doctor informed with regular updates on operations, staff, and patient needs Organize regular staff meetings, training sessions, and occasional team events or celebrations Coordinate with dental reps for in-office presentations and product discussions Manage the repair and maintenance schedule for all dental equipment, including monthly to yearly checkups as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Dentrix or equivalent dental management software Solid knowledge of dental insurance codes and billing procedures Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage a team Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset ***Part-time or Full-Time AVAILABLE*** Necessary availability on TUES and THURS Not every FRIDAY If you’re passionate about dental care, love helping people, and are ready to be the backbone of a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you! |
