Surgical practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Periodontist, Oral Surgeon, or AEGD-trained Dentist with strong surgical experience and IV sedation certification to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-end, in-house surgical services. Flexible schedule with potential for part-time or full-time involvement. Immediate access to a busy schedule. Fee-for-service only – no insurance. Opportunity for partnership or full business purchase within 12–18 months. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree. IV Sedation certification required. Strong experience with dental implants and full-arch treatment (including restorative phase of the treatment). Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
