Super-charging Case Acceptance

Most dentists think their case acceptance rate is above 90%, but their practice reports would tell them otherwise. How are these cases falling through the cracks?  This course will give you the practical tips and power phrases to help your patients share your vision for comprehensive dentistry. Whether your office is fee-for-service or participating with third-party plans, you and your team will learn systems for getting patients engaged in their care.

Dr. Chris Salierno is a general dentist from Long Island, New York. He graduated from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2005.  Dr. Salierno has served as the National President of the American Student Dental Association, Chair of the ADA New Dentist Committee, and as President of his local dental society. He lectures internationally on clinical dentistry, practice management, and leadership development. His material can be viewed on his blog, The Curious Dentist.  In 2017 he became a Chief Development Officer with the Cellerant Consulting Group.  He has been the Chief Editor of Dental Economics since 2014.

Monroe County Dental Society is a component of 7th District; recognized as a CERP provider through NYSDA.

• Continuing Education (CE) credits are awarded for all lectures that meet the NYSED requirements.
• One hour of credit is awarded for each 50 minutes of presentation attended.
• To verify attendance, you must be logged in for the entire lecture. 
• It is recommended that you retain copies of all your CE forms in case of audit.
